You’re invited to a party — one that makes you sweat among the most extraordinary light show and beats ever! The music, the lights, they take you somewhere else, and the friends you find there share stories with you that, when you tell others, they just have to see it to believe it. Our state-of-the-art spin studio is fitness on a bike like you’ve never known, an unparalleled experience for the Prescott area. (We also have a refreshments bar, yasss!)
It is required that you reserve your spot for a class online or through our app. New clients can call the studio to sign up. To reserve a bike, the rider must put a credit card on file.
Schedule opens 7 days in advance. Classes fill up fast! We recommend booking your classes as early as possible. Keeping in mind our cancellation policy.
If a class is full, you can still sign up! You will be added to the waitlist. If you are added to the class you will receive email and phone confirmation.
Maybe pick a yoga class at BEND as a backup!
If you cannot attend your reserved class, you must cancel at least 6 hours prior to the class start time. If you fail to cancel and you are not in the class, you will be charged a "No Show Fee" of $18.00. No exceptions. To cancel after the 6-hour window, you must call the studio. We will attempt to fill your spot with the waitlist, but if your cancellation results in an empty bike, you will be charged a "No Show Fee" of $18.00. BPedal reserves the right to charge the card on file in compliance with the information stated above.
Remember, by reserving your bike you are reserving your spot. Spots are limited within the studio and everyone deserves the chance to ride! Our cancellation policy is in place to make sure everyone is getting that chance in a fair way.

Bring water, and stay hydrated! If you forget, we always sell water and juices at the studio.
Our classes are LOUD and fun (a party, y’all!). If you are sensitive to noise, we can supply you with earplugs at the front desk for a small fee.
We’re NOT Yo’ Mamma's Spin Class! We’re all adults here, which means that, from time to time, explicit song lyrics can make their way into the studio. Side note: You might not even notice these lyrics because we ride to the beat!
Arrive early! If this is your first class with us, please be sure to sign up online beforehand. Purchase your initial drop-in fee there, and then show up to the studio ahead of time! We say this because all new riders need to complete our studio waiver (but you can also be an A+ student and fill out this waiver before class here.
Keep in mind our studio etiquette:
Our most important rule — BE KIND! As a studio, we do not tolerate bullies. Remember what your momma said? "Treat others the way that you would like to be treated.” This means BE KIND to your fellow riders and BE KIND to our staff. We are a big, happy family here! In return for this kindness, we promise to always treat you with the utmost respect and the assurance that your experience with us is the time of your life!
Unplug — That's right, no cell phones on the bike. If you are "on call" or need to be notified of a phone call, you can leave your phone with the front desk or instructor. We will ensure that you are notified if necessary.
Chatter — Friends are always cool, and we get that… But once class starts, please refrain from carrying on a conversation with your neighbor. Cross chatter can be very distracting.
Hygiene — We ride off of the energy of each other! Not the odor of our neighbors (gross!)... Please arrive to your spin class, fresh and equipped with the necessary odor-fighting essentials (a.k.a., deodorant). Likewise, try to avoid heavy perfumes... there is a happy medium here =)
Most importantly, HAVE FUN! After all, we are here to party.
