BEND Hot Yoga Prescott
Whether it’s your first flight in an arm balance or you want to work toward a more solid handstand away from the wall, this workshop is for you! We’ll focus on the core muscles, breath, mindset, alignment, transitions, and advancements. We’ll also address common mistakes and explore how to safely approach the eight most common arm balances, as well as headstand, forearm stand, and handstand.
Be sure to bring your mat, towel, water, yoga block, and an open mind and a smile.
The cost is $25 for unlimited members and $30 for non-members. Spaces are very limited!
