This training will highlight advanced techniques in asana, pranayama, and meditation. Build confidence in teaching to diverse levels, abilities, and backgrounds and learn systems to develop workshops and targeted teaching series for your current or future students.

We are guaranteed to have fun together taking a deeper dive into the many aspects of yoga practice and philosophy.

All registrants must have their 200-hour certification in order to be considered for this program.

MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS

Julie Munro

Julie Munro has been studying, practicing and teaching yoga for 30 years. She is a certified Yoga Alliance ERYT500 teacher, with over 4000 hours of teaching experience, including having lead over a dozen 200-hour teacher trainings.  Julie earned her 500 hour certification through the American Viniyoga Institute and has been influenced by numerous other teachers and lineages. She is passionate about helping others find their voice in yoga while developing their own unique style.

Rachel Peters

Rachel Peters believes life is more interesting when we seek and find meaning in the small moments of every day. This kind of reverence for life leads us to a renewed appreciation for ourselves, our family and our community. Rachel is a connector, a conduit of wisdom bridging everyday living and life on the yoga mat. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Health Coach and lover of wild places. Rachel has a great gift of being approachable, inspiring and passionate about this intersection between the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda combined with lifestyle and identity evolution to live fully and with ease in a fast-paced world. One of her favorite endeavors is igniting this passion in others.
