Nestled among crimson cliffs and ancient juniper trees, Sedona radiates a natural beauty that awakens the soul.

The vibrant red rocks glow beneath golden sunrises and starlit skies, offering a powerful backdrop for inner transformation. Energy moves through the land, inviting deep connection, reflection, and renewal. Quiet trails, desert blooms, and open skies create the perfect sanctuary for rest and reconnection. Join us this September to experience Sedona’s magic through movement, stillness, and community. We will be hiking, and site seeing. 

We can’t think of a more stunning landscape to immerse in practice while being surrounded by beauty!

Our time will include movement, breath practices, meditation, time in nature, self-reflection, and meaningful conversation in a group setting. Enjoy sharing a luxury home together, with healthy meals, refreshing mocktails, and comfortable accommodations.

  • Private King and Queen rooms are shareable.

  • Yes, you can stay off site and participate.

    As there is limited space - it is still $900 for the retreat. 

  • We recommend that all participants bring their own mat. We will provide blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. A meditation cushion or pillow is also encouraged to bring, but not necessary.

  • If there is interest in carpooling, we will help coordinate that as the time gets closer to the retreat.

  • The house includes, 3 full bathrooms and a half bathrooms, reading nook, movie room, game room, outside seating area, hot tub, and plenty of space to relax.

  • You must sign up by Sunday, September 21, 2025.

Starting at $900/pp this all inclusive retreat is designed to nourish your body, mind, and heart.

Does not include transportation.

Rooms are shared with 3-4 ppl but there is the option for upgrading to private rooms.
