Our Yoga teacher Training is

kind of a big deal. 

Have you ever been in a BEND yoga class and wondered… “Could I do this?” The answer is YES!  Your path toward becoming a yoga instructor begins with a Yoga Teacher Training. 

Oh, by the way… you don't have to teach… you don't even have to want to teach! Many of our YTT students enroll because they are curious about yoga, and deepening their understanding of the practice and a yogic lifestyle.  

Put simply, starting a YTT program is a commitment you make to yourself to explore & evolve!
 

Our comprehensive YTT is designed to nurture both your personal growth and your ability to lead impactful and inspiring yoga classes (if you decide to do so). It is an exploration of yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and most importantly, self-discovery. While you absorb, you will be supported by a team of 2 expert facilitators and an intimate class of like-minded peers.

Embarking on this transformative journey will not only enrich your life but also empower you to become an educated, informed, and confident yogi.
